Dr. Richa Gautam has joined us as Zone CSR & Sustainability Leader, Greater India. She comes with a rich experience of 16+ years in the Sustainability and CSR domain. She has previously worked in organizations like Mahindra Logistics, Tata Power and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. She has exposure to Strategic ESG management, Energy transition, Climate change, Biodiversity management and CSR. She holds a PhD in Sustainability Management from IIM Mumbai (previously NITIE, Mumbai).
