Personal Information:

There were six members in Radha’s family, father, Mr. Naresh Pal working in private firm and the only bread earner.

Radha is having three sibling’s two brothers and one sister. All are taking their primary education.

Pre-training status:

Radha completed her Electric engineering Diploma in 2017 but was unable to find the job as she found herself lacking in practical knowledge and self-confidence.

During training Progress:

To excel in her life Radha joined Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), Ganeshpur, Roorkee, Haridwar. Radha was initially found little shy to interact with fellow trainees and mingled less. However, her determination was so strong that she used to walk 4 km every day to reach to the center from her home. Slowly and steadily, with the help of life skills sessions during her course, she removed her inhibitions and became active in the overall activities.

Socialization development:

She has not only sharpened her domain skill at SEDI but also worked on functional English, basic computer and life skills which are an integral part of the training program. She has now got the confidence to interact and ready to face her day to day challenges with renewed confidence.

Employment Details/Facility:

She is now working with "Exide Industry Limited" in PCB function at Bhagwanpur, Roorkee. Radha earns handsome salary with perks and is entitled for pick & drop facility from home to company and back.
