Personal Information:

There were four members in Neelam’s family, father, Mr. Bishanpal Singh working as security guard and the only bread earner. Neelam is having three siblings. All are taking their primary education.

Pre-training status:

Neelam completed her post-graduation in 2017 but was unable to find the job as she found herself lacking in any domain skill knowledge and self-confidence.

During training Progress:

To become self-dependent Neelam joined Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI), Ganeshpur, Roorkee, Haridwar. Neelam was initially found little shy to interact with fellow trainees and mingled less. Slowly and steadily, with the help of life skills sessions during her course, she removed her inhibitions and became active in the overall activities.

Socialization development:

She has not only sharpened her domain skill at SEDI but also worked on functional English, basic computer and life skills which are an integral part of the training program. She has now got the confidence to interact and ready to face her day to day challenges with renewed confidence.

Employment Details / Facility:

She is now working with “Exide Industry Limited “in PCB function at Bhagwanpur, Roorkee. Neelam earns handsome salary with perks and is entitled for pick & drop facility from home to company and back.
