Sonali stays with her father, mother and 2 brothers. Her father is a railway employee. In ABSF she opted for the HHE course as she has completed in diploma in electrical. Although she completed diploma she could not find a job. She joined the course with the aim of making her career in Electrician. She was a talented and enthusiastic girl. Sonali improved her electrician skills in ABSF which help in getting good job. She is selected by the Schneider Electric leading company in electrical field and currently she is earning Rs.8200/-

Proud moment for the ABSF and Sonali’s family is got reward and appreciation from the employer within six months like-As best employee in her department and also for the best idea in the company. That’s the great achievement from her side within short period. In total she received 3 awards at Schneider.

Sonali says after joining ABSF she became more confident and her speech, her skills has increased tremendously. She would actively get involved in all the competitions and classroom activities. Her Trainer was also very confident of placing her in good company. She believes that ABSF has contributed to the first step of her success. ABSF provides practical based learning which helped her in her work place to grow and sustain. She can now live her dream which she has dreamed before joining ABSF. She believes that as a girl one should be independent and working and due to regular stream of income now she can make her own expenses.
