It is indeed pleasure for us to be a partner of Schneider Foundation. The quality of Electrical lab provided was of excellent quality, it is not only helping us in skill training of needy youth from rural area but also provide opportunity to handle the quality product from Schneider Electric. Training of trainers was remarkable; the trainers are demonstrating their skills not only in their domain knowledge but also on the training delivery skill. This partnership of Ambuja Cement Foundation and Schneider Electric Foundation has been grown over the years and will flourish in future. I am sure it will help in transformation of lives of many youth and their career.

Starting in 2010 with a couple of centers, the partnership between GMR Varalakshmi Foundation and SEIF has grown in the last decade to include more than 7 centers across the country training around 700 youth every year. GMRVF greatly values the partnership with SEIF as it comes with relevant technical inputs right from the industry and curriculum to regular train the trainer Programmes to establishing the lab. With regular upgradation of the lab, curriculum and TOTs, Schneider makes sure that the trainees receive the most industry relevant and updated training. Regular exposure visits to Schneider plants and linkages to placements have further meant a win-win for SEIF and GMRVF

The training content is comprehensive and is well suited to cater to the industry needs. It can be labelled as the gold standard for the Electrician training program in the Indian vocational education sector.
